- Member will enjoy Longdan Plus renewal every year at no cost until further notice.
- Incomplete or ambiguous applications will not be processed.

Eligibility
Communication
- Longdan may collect, use and/or disclose Member’s personal information that is necessary to process the Longdan Plus Program, verify Member’s identity, analyze preferences and inform Member of upcoming promotions or events organized or co-organized by Longdan and its affiliate companies.
- Longdan may update Member with information such as promotions, launch of new products & services and special events via communication channels including direct mails, emails, phone calls and text messages.
- If Member does not wish to receive our marketing emails, phone calls and text messages, Member may opt out by sending email to longdan@longdan.co.uk.
Earning Of Points
- Longdan Plus Card must be presented to the cashier at store before making any transaction. “No card, no points earned” shall be strictly enforced.
- For every £1 spent on retail products’ purchase (tax NOT included), Member will earn 1 POINT. 100 POINTS are worth £1.
- POINT will only be rewarded for transactions made at check-out counters at Longdan stores and The Plantbase Stores.
- POINT may take up to 48 hours to be validated & updated into the Member account.
- We reserve the right to amend your balance if you exchange or return any product.
Claiming/Redemption of Rewards
- Customer must present his/her Longdan Membership Card and a valid ID (if required).
- Points redeemed cannot be cancelled or returned.
Reward scheme
- Customer is entitled to Member’s benefits once registering Longdan Plus Card successfully.
- Member earns 1 POINT for every £1 spent. 100 POINTS are worth £1 and POINTS balance can be used in next purchase.
- Every Wednesday, Member earns double points for all retail products’s purchases.
- There are exclusive discounts that are offered for Longdan Plus Member only.
- Year End Thank You Voucher is announced on the 31st of December and valid from 1st January to 31st January of the following calendar year, out of that time the voucher will be disposed and no longer available.
Return policy
- Redemption of POINTs cannot be reversed once processed. Refund of POINTs will not be entertained.
- In case you already use voucher or discount, return cash value will be deduct by the same amount you have redeem from that purchase.
Termination and Cancellation
- Longdan Plus Card and POINT are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The account member, digital card and Longdan vouchers remain your responsibility, as well as the security details on the account. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from you failing to ensure the safekeeping of those items.
- Fraud, misuse and/or other misconduct involving the acquisition and/or use of points may result in the immediate cancellation, restriction or termination of Longdan.
- Member may at any time terminate the Longdan Membership Program by written notice to Longdan at longdan@longdan.co.uk.
- Upon the termination or cancellation of the account for whatever reasons, all POINTs will be forfeited and Member shall have no further claim against Longdan.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Longdan Plus Card or your account if you have not used it for a year, but we will attempt to notify you before we do so.
- Terms and Conditions may be amended or terminated without prior notice at the sole discretion of Longdan
